Ukeru Debriefing Training- Rochester, MN

This training is designed to give participants the knowledge and skills to effectively facilitate a true review of situations focused on learning and finding the “why” behind behaviors.

Participants will be able to:

• Facilitate solution-focused safe spaces for debriefings with staff and individuals
• Build on Ukeru’s Comfort vs. Control approach to distill the functions of behaviors and find alternative solutions
• Apply concepts to true-to-life practice sessions focused on helping both staff and individuals feel safe and cared for
