Christopher Feltner

Training and Performance Architect

Christopher is Ukeru’s Training and Performance Architect. He has more than 15 years of experience in behavioral health.

What makes you most proud about working on the Ukeru team?
We help organizations and schools change how they think and work with each other and those they serve. Each time someone is treated kinder than they were before, it is a success. Every time an aggressive situation is handled safely, without the use of physical restraint and/or seclusion, it is a success.

What do you think are the three best skills you bring to your job?
The ability to explain complex concepts in a way that is easier to understand and apply, problem-solving difficult situations, and humor. Never underestimate humor!

What are you most passionate about, professionally?
I enjoy problem-solving and helping people think differently.

What is your favorite thing to do when you’re not working?
Honestly, anything that allows me to relax!

If you had a personal motto, what would it be?
Your mindset becomes your approach.
