What is the most inspiring part of your job?
Helping others abandon historical thinking and flip their culture and atmosphere for the betterment of all involved. Helping customers see a better way, and encouraging them to be creative and brave in trying something different never gets old.
What are you most passionate about?
Organizations have to take care of employees first in order to do great things for students/clients. To be your best for others, you have to feel valued and appreciated.
What makes you most proud?
At Ukeru, we have assembled a group of people that are not only providing real-life alternatives and solutions, but who have performed this work themselves. We have walked in the shoes of our customers and understand the challenges they face and the opportunities that are ahead of them.
What is your favorite thing to do when you’re not working?
Refurbishing antique furniture, being outside gardening, kayaking, walking, and spending time with family.
If you had a personal motto, what would it be?
It’s what you make it.
