Mckenna is Ukeru’s Experience Planner. She has more than five years of customer service experience and three years of service coordination experience.
What is your role on the Ukeru team?
I get new and existing customers scheduled for training, both at Ukeru’s office in Winchester, Virginia, and at external sites across the United States and Canada. I also engage with customers on a regular basis, assist with Ukeru communications and training. I help with scheduling needs, answering questions, and providing additional information about our trainings.
What makes you most proud about working on the Ukeru team?
I am not only inspired by the mission of Ukeru but by each member of the team. These individuals are passionate, talented, and driven. They live and breathe Ukeru every day. I am proud to be a part of this incredible group of people.
What do you think are the three best skills you bring to your job?
I would have to say problem solving, critical thinking, oral and written communication skills, adaptability and creativity.
What is the most inspiring part of your job?
I love communicating with our customers, getting to hear their stories and how Ukeru has impacted their organizations. We truly want our customers to succeed and value the relationships that we build with them.
What are you most passionate about, professionally?
I am most passionate about helping others any way I can. In my current role, that means assisting customers with their needs while delivering the highest level of service. I want everyone to feel like they are a part of the Ukeru family and that we are there to support them every step of the way.
What is your favorite thing to do when you’re not working?
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family, hiking, kayaking, and venturing out to local wineries and breweries.
